My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the location is stunning with beautiful gardens and beach access, I was overall disappointed with the dining options and inconsistencies in housekeeping. However, the friendliness of the staff made the experience enjoyable, even if the service wasn’t always up to par.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is stunning, right on a beautiful beach, and the staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon unforgettable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, although they could have had a more exciting layout. Dining options were plentiful, but we did find the costs for meals and drinks a bit high outside of the meal plan. Overall, this was a fantastic getaway, and we're looking forward to returning!

I’ve had a great start to my stay here, mainly due to the incredibly welcoming staff and overall high standards. While the location is perfect for a peaceful getaway, I experienced some issues with the dining options that needed improvement. The facilities were delightful, but the restaurant did have some drawbacks that could be frustrating during peak dining times.

The hotel is absolutely stunning with a beautiful beach and calm ocean. However, the service was a letdown, especially considering its 5-star status. We had quite a few issues with our dining orders and the room cleanliness wasn't up to par, with several amenities needing repairs during our stay.

The beach activities were a highlight, and the pools were well-kept. However, the wait times for drinks at the beach bar were a bit longer than expected. Overall, it was a fantastic experience worth every penny, but they could improve on the service speed at the bar.
